Calle Preciados (Preciados Street) is one of the more emblematic and centric streets of Madrid, connecting Callao square with Sol square (where 0km is). In 2004 it ranked 12^th in world’s expensive streets. In summer time it gets covered with shading triangles, to protect us from the 40ºC sun.

Almudena (Santa Maria La Real de La Almudena) is Madrid's Cathedral... The construction started in 1883 but it was consecrated only in 1993 (110 years later...NO WAY!!! :-)) by John Paul II.
