Edificio Girasol (Sunflower Building)


The Sunflower Building, is a modernist architecture building designed in 1964 buy the architect J. A. Coderch. The name of the building cames from that, literally, the building opens to the sun trajectory and is closed on is northern face (as in the photo)... From this facade it really look abstract, I love it.

Yes it's strange we have oktoberfest in Malta but I think we have a lot of activities which are copied from other larger countries!

It is very abstract looking, and the color they chose for the brickwork (I think it is brick?) is neat! I bet it looks interesing in different light throughout the day.
