Red clock.

The clock of the Telefonica (Spanish Telecom) Building and the building itself are two important landmarks of the city. Built between 1926 and 1929 by the architect Ignacio de Cárdenas Pastor it was the highest building in Europe at this moment with a height of 89,30m.

Oh that sky and the red clock just glows. This is a nice one for sure. I like the silhouettes of the pipes etc. against the sunset. Lovely.

Why are there no lights on, or have you photo-shopped them away? It's a magnificent photo!

It is the blue hour. I pretend to use PS as little as possible and to shoot the photos in the >natural< kind. There is the moment between the afternoon blue sky and the artificial lightning of this magnificant building. My recipe: Waiting for the right moment.

Nice to see it by day and by night. The antenna seems to go very well with the original tower.
