Caixa Forum

Some of the best things Madrid as to offer are Museums, and contemporary architecture. Here is an example of both together, the Caixa Forum by Herzog and DeMeuron... One of the most recent cultural spaces on Spain's Capital; sure is a wonderful place to pass Sunday afternoon...

avec ton grand angle, cela donne une superbe (et originale) perspective.
on dirait une forteresse.
with your wide-angle, this gives a great (and original) perspective.
it looks like a fortress.

I see you're keen on your new wide angle! It includes everything, even the green wall.

Is that really vegetation growing up the wall? Fantastic.

whoa, what a view!
did you use a wide angle lens?

what is the top made of? This must be a retrofitted building that has a wild atrium space?

(I hope we see the insides!)

Sure it seems a good place to spend time , is in a vegetal wall that we can see on the right

To be honest, the forum building to the left really isn't my cup of design tea, however, the green plant wall/building to the right is wonderful, wow!

I like the way they kept the old building.
The vertical green wall has grown since the video!!
With these new lenses we are going to discover a new Madrid!!!

I would love to spend a Sunday afternoon at the Caixa Forum! I am intrigued by the "living wall" next to it. So you have a new lens do you?? Pretty snazzy effects with it. More!!!!

I can see you are having fun with the wide angle lens. Another excellent and dramatic shot. Thanks for stopping by my site. Madrid is a great place and I was fortunate to be there for New Year's Eve a couple of years ago. You guys know how to party. I went to the downtown square Puerto del Sol I waited until midnight and then ate 12 uvas (grapes) and had a bottle of champagne. It was wild and people stayed up the entire night.

Forum y Formas

The photo makes me think of a geometry lesson or a final exam on perspective drawing in an art class!

Madrid has so much to offer. Thank you for sharing.

I like the framing of this picture : we are ants in the middle of a forest of big rocks.
The vegetal wall is typical of modern gardening : we have the same from the landscape designer Patrick Blanc in Paris, close to the Quai Branly Museum and the Eiffel Tower.
