Dali Square by Night

Felipe II Avenue, more known as Dali square is an urban project work of the architect Francisco Mangado... A big urban void linking the Madrid's sports palace with Alcala street, by the night it fills of light and at some late hours it's really desert and silent, hard to find in big cities...

Beautiful photograph! I adore night shots.

No shops and restaurants? Maybe that's why it isn't teeming with people. Lovely place for a stroll then.

Bravo! Magnificent night photo. I enjoy the quiet evenings in the city on a warm night.

It is very interesting to see such an empty space in an urban area. Is Hilda correct as to the reason? In any case, a nice night shot!

Love the lighting and the harsh details! Gives the image some character.

To Randy: If I'm not wrong... I don't think there's a Dali Museum in Madrid. But his works are located in the Museo de Prado (which I had the lucky chance of visiting!). I apologise if I am wrong about this info.

And of course, lovely photo Tr3nta!
